Order Processing
Please allow us up to three weeks to process your order. Our items are handmade to order, and often take up to three weeks to go through our workshop. Postage time will vary depending on your location. Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way.
Collection from our Eyemouth store
Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, from our shop at 11 Market Pl, Eyemouth TD14 5HE. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup, which will confirm our opening times.
Delivery
Domestic (UK) Delivery
Our products are made to order and will be posted within three weeks using [your shipping]. For orders under £150, a flat rate shipping fee of £5.99 applies to orders shipping to the UK. for orders over £150 the flat rate is £2.99.
Orders under £20, free delivery.

International Delivery
We offer international shipping to anywhere around the world.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. International Tartans is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer.
