David McGill wanted to celebrate the people of Europe, he enjoyed having European visitors here in Scotland, and here’s the proof: he gifted tartans to make you feel welcome. The Lithuanian Tartan celebrates the national flag of the Republic of Lithuania, which is a national emblem in the form of a piece of cloth consisting of the three equal horizontal coloured stripes, yellow, green and red.
