Sikh Wedding Tartan

Designed and specially commissioned for a Scottish Wedding Fashion Show, in 2004. This tartan has only ever been woven once, and we’d love to see it out in the world a bit more. In Sikhism, the colours pink and red symbolize spring and summer and are worn during that season, as well as for marriage ceremonies. We have over 500,000 British Sikhs and over 11,000 Scots-Sikhs.
